Campo Enfor Estate in the Rio Negro Province of Patagonia

SURFACE AREA : 480 hectares.

LOCATION: 50 km from the city of San Carlos de Bariloche (45 minutes by car) on Road 237 which is fully paved and only 4km from where the Traful and Limay rivers meet. The estate is located on the west bank of the Limay river and 1.5 km of land touching the river is part of the estatee.

FLORA: on the upper part of the property there are spots with cypress trees, "Maitenes" in the ravines and bushes like "Chacay", "Laura" & "Michay." You will also see typical Patagonian graminaceaes such as Festuca, Stipa & Poa.

FAUNA: deer, guanacos, pumas, squirrels, hares and foxes abound.
This region is known as one of the nesting areas for condors and eagles. It has been the object of a series of observations and studies on these animals. A few years ago a project of acclimatizing and freeing condors born in captivity was carried out here.

REFORESTATION: 400 hectares have been replanted with Ponderosa and Oregon pines approximately 12 years old. This replanting was carried out by Empresa Forestal Rionegrina S.A. and the land is in perfect condition. In approximately 45 years the trees will be ready to cut, giving the property a sales value twice its current value.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
This is a zone known for its extraordinary natural beauty, its remarkable rock formations, its forests and cypresses and the Limay river. The estate is located outside the Nahuel Huapi National Park (a popular tourist attraction), which will greatly facilitate all types of touristic or commercial undertakings.
